First, sign up with your email and fill out a short questionnaire to find out whether you qualify for the study. If you do, a Patient Experience Coordinator will contact you to set up a time to finish the pre-screening process. If you are a match and want to participate, we’ll walk you through the steps for the enrollment and informed consent process.

During the study, you will complete exercises on the Study App 3 times per week. These assessments can be completed within and around the comfort of your home. You will be compensated for your participation in study activities and visits.
